As CTO, Sari ensures everything Twin River builds is the right solution, architected correctly, and built to last.

Sari Yono has been building technology since before most people knew what a smartphone was. After immigrating from Iraq to the United States in 2005, he launched his first website that same year, and has been solving increasingly complex technical problems ever since.

His career has cut across nearly every sector where technology matters: healthcare, retail, distribution, automotive, cybersecurity, and IoT. Not by following trends, but by going where hard problems needed solving.

He built database applications for BlackBerry Enterprise Servers in healthcare. He connected distributed retail locations into centralized real-time inventory systems. He developed packaging automation management systems for top automotive manufacturers. He led the development of an application designed to airgap OT networks with advanced threat intelligence, some of the most security-sensitive work in enterprise technology.

Along the way, Sari has worked across AI vision, facial recognition, RFID systems, and IoT development: capabilities that now sit at the core of Twin River's AI solutions practice.

In 2022, he co-founded Twin River with Vidal Denha and Al Zara. As CTO, he sets the technical direction for every Twin River engagement, ensuring that what gets built is the right solution, architected correctly, and built to last.

AI & computer vision: AI vision, facial recognition, image classification, and real-time monitoring systems

IoT & embedded systems: RFID, connected hardware, and operational technology across industrial and retail environments

Enterprise software: Full-stack development across healthcare, automotive, retail, and distribution

Cybersecurity & OT security: Network airgapping, threat intelligence, and security-first architecture

System architecture: Technical roadmapping, platform decisions, and engineering standards for complex environments

Sari graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in Bioinformatics, a combination that reflects his instinct for problems at the intersection of data, systems, and real-world application.

Sari's approach to technology has always been the same: understand the problem deeply, then build the simplest solution that actually solves it. Not the most impressive solution. Not the most technically interesting one. The right one.

At Twin River, that philosophy shapes every technical decision, from architecture choices to code review standards to the AI-assisted TDD process that runs through every development engagement.
